We have recently came across new item submission issue in SharePoint list where workflows are associated. Users unable to add new item or edit item in the SharePoint 2013 list. While Editing people picker column and submitting form, we are observing below mentioned Errors.
Issue:
1 . Unable to Communicate with Server
2 . Sending Data to the server
3 . Keep on loading user name but not resolving
Resolution:
Make sure below services are in running state, if they were stopped, please start to resolve the issue.
1 . Service Bus Gate Way
2 . Service Bus Message Broker
